Jazz Quartet

Sweet Harmony’s live wedding jazz ensemble will keep your wedding swinging and upbeat! Our musicians come from high-quality university jazz programs and have experience in many different kinds of bands over the years. We play with each other at weddings, clubs, and local jam sessions and we know each other’s style and groove.

A wedding jazz trio or quartet is great for cocktail hours with 100+ guests, and of course we can play your entire reception including dinner and dancing. For that feeling of special moments and romance, there’s nothing like live music.

We know you want to hear variety, so we can mix it up with modern pop tunes (Bruno Mars, Taylor Swift, Train, Coldplay, Alicia Keys) as well as pop/rock from every decade (Elvis, The Beach Boys, The Beatles, Elton John, Billy Joel, Springsteen, U2), R&B/motown (Ray Charles, Stevie Wonder, The Temptations, Marvin Gaye) and jazz standards… Sinatra, Dean Martin, Ella Fitzgerald, Harry Connick Jr., Michael Bublé, Diana Krall, Billie Holiday, Miles Davis, John Coltrane. We can also play some inspiring gospel and church music. And we’ll play it all with our signature classy jazz style!

When choosing your reception music, we recommend that you ask… What kind of theme do I have for my event? Is it classy, funky, modern, traditional, elegant, fresh, or somewhere in between? Also, how many guests are coming and how much sound will I need? Will there be dancing, or is it a sit-down brunch or dinner?

We can help you put together the perfect ensemble and music for your event. We’ve been playing live wedding jazz music since 2008 and Sweet Harmony has grown quite a bit since then — in fact, we nearly double in size each year. So with our experience and understanding, your wedding will go more smoothly, sound better, and show off your personal style.
