Welcome Sweet Harmony brides and grooms!
Please fill out and send in your Wedding Music Planner below, including your song selections and important information to help things go smoothly on the wedding day.
If you still have questions about your music, please do not send in the form yet. This form is for your final program.
Q. I already emailed/texted/had a phone conversation with my Sweet Harmony contact about my song choices. Do I need to send them on this form?
A. Yes, the musicians will use this form to prepare for your wedding, so it needs to be complete and final. We first looked at your song choices to make sure we could do everything, before setting the program.
We are sorry, but we do not have microphones or sound for officiants.
Thank you. We are excited to see your chosen music and information!
Full names please, so the musicians will know the name of the wedding party.
Please provide the name, cell number, and role in the wedding of someone we can contact should a need arise. We recommend to designate someone other than the bride or groom as our contact person — you'll be busy with many things.
Please provide the name and email address of your wedding coordinator or venue manager.
Please provide the name and contact information of your officiant(s).
So that we may do some networking!
Care to share your #weddinghashtag with us? We'll tag your wedding in our musician photos on social media!
